PAYMENT POLICY
• Your credit card will be charged for the full amount of your booking at the time the reservation is made. This payment will be taken via our secure Payment Express Facility. The name that will appear on your statement will be The Retreat.
• A valid credit card must be presented at reception on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
Guests will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be given.
